The concept of bringing together jobseekers and employers for sports & leisure orientated companies, was actually a logic one for us. It already started spinning in our minds somewhere in 1998, when we were looking for cool action sports jobs. A concept that we then originally initiated on a very small scale at DaSurf.com, a site for (water/snow)sports addicts.
With backgrounds in windsurfing, snowboarding, instruction, fashion design, travel, engineering & internet, and this great lifestyle and passion hammered in our heads, we thought it would be of benefit to both people like us (looking for cool jobs) and these specific 'lifestyle-employers' to create a platform. A platform where both can meet and create a major motivated workforce at these companies from Australia to Zanzibar; all over the world!
